Throughout the year the Centre for Clinical and Health Psychology provides group programs. Each group has a maximum of 8 people and covers a range of topics.

The 2011 program will include:

• Relaxation group beginning on the 28th of April 2011
• Mindful moderate eating group
• VCE study skills: Psychological strategies for reaching your potential
